How a YANGU™ session works

1. Request your session

Fill out the booking form or click the booking link to select your service and preferred time.

2. Receive confirmation

You’ll get a confirmation with session details, video link (if virtual), and a brief intake form.

3. attend your live YANGU session

Join your practitioner for a 60-90 min guided session – in-person or by video call. 

4. receive your summary

After your session, receive written notes and personalized next steps from your practitioner.
