You can walk it yourself, at your own pace. Or you can walk it with the person who made it.

Enrollment is by conversation. Jody teaches YANGU® herself, so space is genuinely limited and we would rather place you correctly than take an enrollment neither of you is ready for.

Becoming a YANGU® Practitioner

Completing the live path at Level 3 certifies you in the method. Certification is $1,950, or 3 payments of $695. From there you can teach it – with us, or on your own.

Registration is $100, once, with an annual review. The review is not administrative. It is a conversation about whether the work is still being done ethically and in good faith, because the mark now means something and what it means is worth protecting.

YANGU® questions, answered

The YANGU® Method is a structured lucid dreaming and dreamwork method created by Jody Randall from fifty years of her own dreaming. It is built on four pillars taken in order: sleep engineering, dream recall, symbol mapping and reflective practice, taught in three levels.

YANGU® stands for Your Awareness Now Governs You. In Swahili, yangu means “mine”: this is a method you claim for your own dreaming rather than one performed on you.

No. Level 1 starts with the conditions for dreaming and with recall, because you cannot work with a dream you do not remember. Lucidity and conscious entry are the focus of Level 2.

Level 1 is six weeks, Level 2 is nine weeks and Level 3 is twelve weeks: 27 weeks for the complete method. Self-paced material is yours permanently, with no expiry.

Self-paced: Level 1 $79, Level 2 $147, Level 3 $197, or all three for $349. Learning live with Jody adds $149 per level, and anything you paid for a self-paced level comes off the live price for that level.

Yes, through the live path. Completing Level 3 live with Jody certifies you in the method. Certification is $1,950 or 3 payments of $695, with a one-time $100 registration and an annual review. The self-paced Level 3 does not certify you to teach.
