We didn’t wake up one day and say, “Let’s start an academy.”
We lived our way into it, through intuition, exhaustion, cosmic nudges, and the quiet knowing that what we carried inside us had nowhere else to go but out.
After five years of building Divine Designs, pouring time, heart, and a ridiculous amount of dollars into a shop that always felt like more than a shop, we started to realize:
People weren’t just looking for products. They were looking for a path.
But something was getting lost in translation. Our words, our purpose, even the energetic frequency of the site, none of it was landing quite right. It was like speaking a soul language no one had a dictionary for.
That’s when the message got loud.
Twice in the same conversation.
A third echo for good measure.
Whether it was a cosmic course correction or a spiritual boundary alert, we got the hint:
It was time to evolve.
We weren’t meant to sell people their tools, we were meant to help them activate their own.

Usui Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese word that translates to “spiritually guided life force energy.” It refers to both the universal energy that flows through all living things and the system of healing that channels this energy for balance, well-being, and spiritual growth. The form of Reiki we practice and teach originates from the lineage of Dr. Mikao Usui, a spiritual seeker who, through meditation, study, and ascetic training, rediscovered ancient methods of hands-on healing and attunement. His legacy has since traveled across the world adapted, interpreted, and often commercialized. At 4E’s Academy, we return to the heart of Reiki: connection, practice, and transformation.
Rooted in ancient wisdom yet universally accessible, Reiki is more than just a technique it is a way of being. It teaches us to slow down, to listen deeply, and to reconnect with the energetic intelligence of life itself. When practiced intentionally, Reiki can become a guidepost for personal alignment, emotional healing, and spiritual evolution.
At 4E’s Academy, we honor the original spirit of Usui Reiki as a path of inner peace, sacred awareness, and meaningful self-discovery. We do not believe in rushed certifications or quick weekend workshops. We believe in building a relationship with Reiki through daily practice, energetic journaling, mindful reflection, and personal embodiment. Each course is taught one-on-one, in person, to foster trust, spiritual safety, and individualized learning.
Our teachings remain aligned with the traditional Usui lineage, while also weaving in modern energetic awareness tools such as breathwork, chakra balancing, sound healing, and intentional ritual. Attunements are given in sacred space and treated as energetic initiations not just steps in a curriculum. Students are encouraged to experience Reiki in their own lives, in their own timing, and with their own sense of purpose.

YANGU Method
The YANGU Method wasn’t created in a boardroom. It was remembered in quiet moments, in loud dreams, and in the space between my story and his.
It began with a question that echoed through my life:
“Why do I see what others don’t?”
While the world slept, I was wide awake, navigating symbols, decoding childhood signs, tracking soul breadcrumbs through dreams, numbers, and déjà vu. My husband, a deeply gifted energy worker, was anchoring his own path, quietly realigning others while learning how to rebuild his own sense of self from the inside out. We realized that all the awareness in the world didn’t matter if you didn’t know how to own it.
So we created the YANGU Method a soul tool that stands for:
Your Awareness Now Guides You.
But it also means something even more powerful in Swahili:
YANGU = “Mine”
Because this journey? It has to be yours.
Your awareness.
Your insight.
Your transformation.
The YANGU Method is a map back to you and a gentle nudge forward. It begins with dreamwork, deep listening, and decoding your life’s hidden curriculum. And then… it guides you
Into action.
Into behavior.
Into re-coding the patterns and beliefs you didn’t realize you were repeating.
It’s both intuitive and practical. Mystical and grounded. And it only works when you claim it fully and say:
