Refunds & Returns

  • Physical products can be returned within 30 days if unused and in original condition.
  • Custom and engraved pieces cannot be returned – they are made for you specifically. We will tell you this again before you order.
  • Digital products and books are non-refundable once downloaded.
  • Courses and workshops. If we cancel a date, you get a full refund or a transfer, your choice.
  • Return shipping is yours. If the item arrived damaged or wrong, it is ours.

Digital products are non-refundable and ineligible for returns under any circumstances.

Due to the personalized nature of our custom laser-engraved products, all sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are only offered if there was an error or defect on our part.

  • Eligibility: If an error or defect is found, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos and a description of the issue to expedite resolution.
  • Resolution: We will either correct the error and resend the item or issue a full refund, depending on the situation.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, cancellations may not be accepted due to production schedules, especially for custom items.

Returns are only accepted if:

  1. There is an error in production caused by 4E’s Academy.
  2. The return request is initiated within 7 days of receiving the item.

For all eligible returns:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and returned with its original packaging.
  • Refunds or replacements will not be processed for items damaged after delivery.

  • Order number.
  • Description of the issue.
  • Photos of the item (if applicable).

Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning items unless the error was on our part.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
