The Etheric – Understand and work with energy
At some point most practitioners notice something they can’t quite name. A warmth in the hands. A room that feels different when someone walks into it. The temptation is to explain it immediately, usually by borrowing someone else’s explanation.
This stage does the opposite. It gives you the structure the older investigators described – the etheric body, its four divisions, the chakra system as they mapped it – and then asks you to check it against what you actually perceive. Some of it will hold up. Some of it won’t. Both outcomes are useful, and the second is more interesting.
