An hour, online, on one thing. You leave with something you can run that week – a protocol, a drill, a worksheet. No experience needed and nothing to prepare.

Energy Healing runs the first Tuesday of every month. Dream Recall runs the second. The third rotates.

Four to six hours, properly taught

Small groups – eight seats. These go deeper than a talk can and are usually the next step after one. Most run every three months, so if a date does not suit you, the next one is not far off.

Reiki and YANGU enroll year-round

The certification tracks are one-to-one and scheduled around you rather than run on fixed dates. Reiki Shoden is four eight-hour sessions across eight to ten weeks – that does not fit a calendar.
