At 4E’s Academy, we exist to awaken the innate gifts within every seeker (psychic, energetic, and dream-born) and guide them back to the power they already hold. Through grounded spiritual education, experiential learning, and energetically attuned tools, we help individuals move beyond passive consumption into active remembrance.
We teach not to be followed, but to create new teachers, individuals who no longer wait for permission, but embody their own signposts of truth.
what makes us different
One map, not a catalogue
Most spiritual education is sold as disconnected pieces – a course here, a session there, with nothing to tell you what comes next or why. We teach a mapped ascent instead. Every course, workshop and session has a known position on it, and you can see the whole thing before you spend anything.
The map is older then we are, and the people who drew it argued about it. We teach it as a route rather than a doctrine – you are not asked to believe any of it.

4E’s Academy was born from the understanding that spiritual development is not a luxury – it’s a necessity in an age of distraction, disconnection, and deep inner calling.
After years of serving a global community through Divine Designs, we recognized a greater need beyond spiritual tools alone. People weren’t just seeking sacred products. They were seeking activation – a path back to their own innate wisdom.

We believe that psychic development, energy mastery, and conscious dreaming are not gifts reserved for a few – they are birthrights waiting to be remembered, refined, and embodied.

What sets 4E’s apart is our integration of modern instructional design with ancient metaphysical wisdom. Co-founded by Christopher and Jody Randall, our approach blends decades of spiritual exploration with professional experience in coaching, healing, and adult education.
Everything we offer, from attunement to awakening, from dream journaling to energy work, is crafted to foster spiritual sovereignty, self-trust, and applied wisdom. Our goal isn’t just to teach, it’s to transform. Not by providing answers, but by helping you uncover your own.
ways to learn
Workshops
Tuesdays at the Academy. An hour, online, and you leave with something to run that week.
Sessions
Reiki, Dream interpretation, and coaching. Dayton or online.
Intensives
Four to six hours on a saturday. Small groups, eight seats.
Certification
Usui Reiki and YANGU(TM) Method. One to one, scheduled around you.
