  • Duration: 60 minutes

Shoden Usui Reiki

This is the beginning of your Reiki journey, where healing starts with your own hands and heart. Shoden (First Degree Usui Reiki) focuses on personal practice, energy awareness, and self-healing. It’s not just training, it’s transformation.

Course Length & Format

  • Total Time: Four 8-hour session over 8-10 weeks
  • Schedule: One-on-one, in-person training
  • Format: Instructor-led, Highly participative
  • Between Session Work: 21-day self-treatment and additional daily tasks
  • Final Requirement: Must complete 10 documented Reiki sessions prior to final attunement.
